Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Your billing address MUST match the address on file with your bank or credit card company. All purchases will read
WR Corp on your credit card statement.
You must place your order online before mailing us your payment. When filling out the order form, select "Pay by check or money order" as the payment option. After you have submitted your order, you can send payment to the address below with a copy of the email order confirmation. Please be sure to write your email address and order # on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Our typical time frames for receiving and processing checks are as follows: 2 to 3 weeks for payment sent from a U.S. address, 4 to 5 weeks for payment sent from an international address.

Direct any questions about shipping to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders usually ship within 48 - 72 hrs after ordering. Selecting an upgradeable shipping method only expedites the time in transit once the order is shipped.
Delivery times vary based on shipping option and shipper selected during checkout. Shipping takes generally 3 - 5 business days in the Continental US and up to 4 - 10 business days for International orders.
Orders are NOT shipped on the weekends.
All units come with the necessary accessories and attachments for immediate use (ie. power cord, glass whip, tubing), and are shipped in plain, corrugated boxes. Return label will read from WR Corp.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
If you would like to cancel or change your Wicked Roots order, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate
your request. However, please keep in mind that our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We cannot
change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
ALL refused/unclaimed orders/packages or unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) to return the unit to you.
The Vapezilla and Phedor vaporizers are manufactured in the USA and come with lifetime labor and support (parts not included). Simply email us for a RMA# and send the unit back to us. We will not charge any labor on repairing the unit for the lifetime of your vaporizer. The consumer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts if any are needed to repair the unit. No other manufacturer offers this type of vaporizer support.
The warranty will no longer be valid if the unit has been tampered with (ie. chassis opened, settings changed, etc.).
Please note that ALL purchases/sales are final. ALL returns for repair or defective units must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at email@example.com. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. Wicked Roots will NOT accept unauthorized returns. Packages without a RMA# will be refused upon return to our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse; delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 7-14 days after receipt of the unit. Any return found to be functional or non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) to return the unit to you.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your unit. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue, and the defective or non-functional unit must be received in our warehouse within 15 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
- For faster service, please provide the following information in your email request for a RMA#: customer name, order number, item model and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem.
- Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. A letter or copy of your email stating your name, order number, item model and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem must be placed inside the return shipment.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must be shipped via ground shipment only and include a shipment tracking number. Wicked Roots strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- The Customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges on ALL returned items.
ANY tampering with the unit or modifications from stock condition (ie. chassis opened, settings changed, modified switches, etc.) will invalidate the warranty. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage due to shipping. All our units are tested and checked for quality control before they ship. You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect all units for missing items, broken components, or malfunction. All return/RMA requests made after 7 days, will be considered repairs and NOT defective upon arrival. For defective units, the Customer is responsible for ALL shipping/handling costs associated with the return of the unit. Wicked Roots will incur the shipping/handling costs to replace the unit on our end. For repair units, the Customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges on both ends. In certain cases, your credit card may be charged for the replacement unit in order to expedite delivery of your order to you. A refund in the appropriate amount will then be issued to you once we receive the defective/damaged unit. Shipping/handling charges in ALL circumstances are non-refundable.
ALL unclaimed units/repairs become the property of Wicked Roots after 45 days from the date of email notification of pending payment status for the repair.
